Kriol Star reached Qualifying stage Semifinal of the Elite 16 East Group Phase of the FIBA Africa Champions Clubs ROAD TO B.A.L 2025. They overcame MBB Basketball 63-58. Kriol Star have improved to 2-1 record heading to the semis.
Patrick McGlynn (188-G-1992, college: URI) led the way with 20 points and Joel Almeida (193-SF-1985, college: Brockport St.) nailed 11. Neo Mothiba (200-F/G-1982) replied with 20 points in the losing effort, whilst Lebesa Selepe (190-G-1991) poured in 12.
