American Bryson Langdon (175-PG-1999) put on an amazing game in the last round for Elan Coton BBC and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 2.
The 25-year old playmaker had the game-high 23 points adding eight rebounds and six assists for Elan Coton in his team's victory, helping them to beat Barrolle (#4, 0-2), the league's bottom-ranked team 74-69. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Elan Coton is placed at 3rd position in Basketball Africa League. Elan Coton is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-1 record. Langdon turned to be Elan Coton's top player in his first season with the team. Youngstown State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Langdon is in league's top in points (3rd best: 13.0ppg).

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Mahamane Coulibaly (2001) of second-ranked Stade Malien. Coulibaly impressed basketball fans with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists. It was enough for Stade to edge Kriol S. (0-1) by 5 points 81-76. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Coulibaly is a newcomer at Stade and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 20.0ppg (#4). He also registered 5.0 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was Moroccan Ali Lahrichi (190-G-1993) of Kriol Star (#4). Lahrichi showcased his all-around game by recording 14 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. Despite Lahrichi's great performance the Kriol S. lost 76-81 to #2 ranked Stade. But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The season just started for Lahrichi as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be team's leader.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Tawadioun Baboni (190-G-2000) of Elan Coton - 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists
5. Mohamed Pare (199-C-1996) of Stade - 10 points, 11 rebounds and 2 assists
6. Omar Samba (2002) of Barrolle - 12 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists
7. Mondesir Dade (2003) of Stade - 12 points and 7 rebounds
