Coche's 33-point game gives him Player of the Week award

Center Elvis Coche (C) had a great game in the last round for Sporting Clube de Luanda 2nd team and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 19.
He had the game-high 33 points for Sporting L. B in his team's victory, helping them to outclass Kwanza (#13, 3-19) with 37-point margin 122-85. Sporting L. B maintains the 7th position in Angolan league. Sporting L. B is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 10-9 record. In the team's last game Coche had a remarkable 100.0% from 2-point range. He turned to be Sporting L. B's top player in his first season with the team. Coche has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (6th best: 17.3ppg) and averages solid 2.2spg and 53.8% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Pascoal Konde (186-PG-2000) of Clube Amigos do Basquetebol de Benguela. He is a guard in his first season at Benguela. In the last game Konde recorded an impressive 32 points and 7 rebounds. Bad luck as Benguela lost that game 75-82 to the higher-ranked ASA (#8, 10-11). Benguela is still second from the bottom in the standings. 15 lost games are too many comparing to just four victories Benguela managed to get this year. Konde is a newcomer at Benguela and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to Luis Nunes (SG ) of Grupo Desportivo Interclube de Luanda 2nd team (#9). Nunes scored 22 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. He was a key player of Interclube B, leading his team to a 96-74 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Vila Clotilde B (#11, 6-14). The chances of Interclube B ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 11 games, recording just nine victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Nunes could help Interclube B to bring them higher in the standings. Nunes has a great season in Angola. After 17 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.8ppg (3rd best).
