Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Interclube (10-1) on the court of leader P.Luanda on Friday night. Visitors were rolled over by P.Luanda 115-86. It ended at the same time the ten-game winning streak of Interclube. It was a key game for the top position in the league. P.Luanda dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Interclube's 40. P.Luanda forced 23 Interclube turnovers and outrebounded them 43-31 including 29 on the defensive glass. P.Luanda looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Interclube's players. The best player for the winners was international point guard Childe Dundao (169-1998) who scored 22 points and 7 assists. The former international center Yanick Moreira (208-1991, college: SMU) chipped in 18 points and 9 rebounds. The former international forward Islando Manuel (192-1991) produced 18 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated P.Luanda (11-0) have an impressive series of eleven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with a perfect record of 11 victories in a row. Interclube at the other side dropped to the second position with one game lost. They share it with Sporting.
Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Luanda: P.Luanda B (#6) and Sporting L. B (#8). Sporting L. B was crushed at home by 16 points 72-88 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Point guard Antony Macaia orchestrated the victory by scoring 30 points and 5 rebounds. Paulo Fernandes contributed with 15 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Forward Josue Bartolomeu (198-2000) answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds for Sporting L. B. Sporting L. B's coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. P.Luanda B maintains sixth place with 6-6 record, which they share with Vila Clotilde. Newly promoted Sporting L. B keeps the eighth position with seven games lost.
Another exciting game was again a derby between two local teams from Luanda: CPPL (#5) and P.Luanda B (#6). CPPL (7-0) crushed visiting P.Luanda B (6-6) by 39 points 108-69. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of P.Luanda B. It was a great evening for Valdemar Joao who led his team to a victory scoring 27 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. Anadji Chime responded with 17 points and 9 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for CPPL. They maintain fifth place with 7-0 record. Loser P.Luanda B keeps the sixth position with six games lost. They share it with Vila Clotilde.

Other games of round 11 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:

There was no surprise in Luanda where 12th ranked Benguela (2-8) was crushed by fourth ranked 1 De Agosto (9-3) 120-72 on Wednesday. 1 De Agosto dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Benguela's 20. They outrebounded Benguela 52-28 including a 36-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for forward Edmilson Ingles (201-2003) who led his team to a victory scoring 7 points and 20 rebounds. Mauro Mauricio helped adding 21 points.
