   #1. This week's number one is an experienced former international power forward Antonio Monteiro (204-89, currently plays in Portugal). He could not help Sporting (11-2) to beat FC Porto (11-1). Monteiro recorded 6 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 23 minutes on the court. Sporting lost 59-66 on the road to the leading FC Porto. This year Monteiro averages: 8.8ppg, 4.8rpg, 1.4apg, 2FGP: 54.2%, 3FGP: 36.4% and FT: 63.0% in 13 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Angolan and Portuguese. Despite Monteiro played previously for the Portuguese U20 national team, he played also for the Angolan national team in 2014.

Second place goes to an international forward Silvio de Sousa (206-98, currently plays college basketball in the States). de Sousa led Chattanooga to an easy victory against the East Tennessee State University (0-1) crushing them 82-52 in the NCAA last Thursday. He recorded a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting the same number of rebounds. de Sousa also added 2 blocks. The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga has 1-0 conference record this season. It's de Sousa's first year with the team. He has relatively good stats this year: 12.5ppg, 6.8rpg, 1.4bpg, 2FGP: 62.8%(71-113), 3FGP: 18.2% and FT: 65.9%. de Sousa is in the roster of the Angolan senior national team.

   #3. The Angolan player who performed third best last week abroad was an international center Bruno Fernando (208-98, college: Maryland, currently plays in NBA). He managed to help Boston Celtics in a victory against the Orlando Magic (7-30) 116-111 in the NBA on Sunday night. Fernando scored only 2 points in 4 minutes on the court. The Boston Celtics have 18-19 record this season. It's Fernando's first year with the team. This year he averages just 0.5ppg in 11 games. Fernando is also a member of the Angolan senior national team.

   #4. Guard Selton Miguel (193-0, currently studies in the States) was not able to help the Kansas St. in their game against the The University of Oklahoma (1-0) in the NCAA. He scored 6 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists. The Kansas St. was edged 71-69 at home by the The University of Oklahoma. Miguel's overall stats this season are: 8.5ppg, 4.9rpg and 2.1apg. He is also Angolan national team player.

International guard Joshua Kashila (190, currently plays in NAIA) led SW Assemblies of God University to an easy victory against the Mid-America Christian University (0-5) crushing them 80-58 in the NAIA on Saturday night. Kashila scored 15 points, had 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists. The SW Assemblies of God University has 3-0 record this season. So far his team won all three games in the Regular Season. Kashila is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fifth year in SW Assemblies of God University's roster. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Kashila averages: 17.0ppg, 5.6rpg, 3.7apg and 1.4spg. He plays currently for the Angolan national team.

   #1. Experienced Eduardo Andre (208-C-1, currently plays college basketball in the States), who plays in the NCAA could not help the Nebraska (0-3) to beat the Ohio State University (3-0). Andre scored only 4 points in 10 minutes. The Nebraska lost 79-87 on the road to the Ohio State University. So far Nebraska lost all three games in the conference This year Andre's overall stats are: 3.3ppg and 3.4rpg in 12 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Angolan and British.
