Here is the weekly review of the top performing Angolan players, who play currently abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is an experienced international guard Selton Miguel (193-0, currently plays college basketball in the States), who plays in the NCAA. He could not help the Kansas St. in their last game. Despite Miguel's good performance the Kansas St. lost 64-72 on the road to the The University of Arkansas. He scored 14 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 28 minutes on the court. This year Miguel averages: 8.0ppg, 5.3rpg, 3.0apg, 2FGP: 52.4%, 3FGP: 33.3% and FT: 57.1% in four games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Angolan senior national team.

Second place goes to an international forward Silvio de Sousa (206-98, currently studies in the States), who plays in the NCAA. de Sousa was not able to help the Chattanooga in their last game on Saturday. Despite his very good performance the Chattanooga was edged 68-66 in Charleston by the College of. de Sousa recorded 21 points, 6 rebounds and 3 blocks. de Sousa has relatively good stats this season: 11.3ppg, 8.0rpg, 1.3apg, 2FGP: 61.8%(21-34) and FT: 42.9%. He is in the roster of the Angolan senior national team.

   #3. The Angolan player who performed third best last week abroad was an international forward Rifen Miguel (203-99, is currently at the American university). He was not able to secure a victory for the Troy in their game against the University of Florida in the NCAA. Miguel did not have that impressive stats last Sunday. He scored only 2 points in 12 minutes. The Troy (#5) was crushed 84-45 at home by the University of Florida. It's Miguel's first season with the team. This year Miguel's overall stats are: 3.5ppg, 1.5rpg, 2FGP: 76.9% in six games. He is also a member of the Angolan senior national team.

   #4. Guard Gil Silva (185-0, currently plays in Portugal) couldn't help Academia (1-6) in their game against Galitos-Barreiro (7-1) in the Portuguese Proliga (second division). Silva recorded only 4 points. The eighth-placed Academia (1-6) was crushed 80-45 on the opponent's court by the leading Galitos-Barreiro in the South group. Silva's total stats this season are: 3.1ppg and 3.1rpg. He has a dual citizenship: Angolan and Portuguese. Silva used to play for the Angolan U18 national team back in 2018.

Experienced Eduardo Andre (208-C-1, currently plays college basketball in the States) contributed to an easy victory against the Southern University crushing them 82-59 in the NCAA on Sunday night. Andre recorded 8 points in only 13 minutes. The University of Nebraska has 7-0 overall record this season. This year Andre's overall stats are: 4.8ppg and 3.0rpg in five games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Angolan and British.

   #2. Jose Tonet (C-99, currently plays in Portugal). Tonet could not help Sampaense (3-4) to beat Esgueira (6-1). He recorded only 4 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. The fifth-placed Sampaense (3-4) was badly defeated 91-71 on the road by the leading Esgueira in the North group. Tonet's overall stats this season are: 6.6ppg and 4.0rpg.

   #3. Fabio Galiano (202-PF-97, currently plays in Germany) managed to help TSV Neustadt temps Shooters in a victory against the 14th-ranked Wolfenbuettel (2-8) crushing them 93-72 in the German Regionalliga (fourth division) in Saturday night's game. He scored only 2 points in 9 minutes on the court. in group North. TSV Neustadt temps Shooters (6-5) is placed sixth. This year Galiano's total stats are: 5.2ppg and 3.8rpg in 10 games.
