Angola - Guinea 75:59

Angola recovered with the win over Guinea in Day 2 of the 2023 World Cup African Qualifiers. Angola used a strong second half to secure a 75-59 win.
Angola started the game with a 23-15 lead, while Guinea replied with a 19-17 run in the second quarter. In the second half Angola took control with an 18-12 rally and 17-13 push in the last stanza.
Islando Manuel (192-F-91) top-scored for the winners with 18 points and Childe Dundao (167-G-98) as well as Jilson Bango (208-C-99) had 11 each. Shannon Evans II (185-PG-94, college: Arizona St.) replied with 22 points in defeat and Mohamed Queta (208-C-95) produced 10.
