Edmir Lucas signs at London Lions

London Lions (BBL) landed 26-year old Angolan ex-international guard Edmir Lucas (191-93). He has a double citizenship as he also holds Portuguese passport. Lucas played recently at London City Royals (BBL), but left the team. In three games he averaged 14.3ppg, 2.0rpg and 3.3apg this season. The last season Lucas played also at London where in 32 BBL games he had 9.9ppg, 2.6rpg and 2.3apg. He helped them to make it to the final.
Lucas won Angolan League championship title in 2016.
He also represented Angola at the Lusofonia Games in Goa (India) six years ago.
Lucas has played previously professionally also in Angola (1 De Agosto and Petro de Luanda).
