Algerian D1 round 15 best performance: Moussa Bougria (by Hoops Agents)

Power forward Moussa Bougria (185-PF-1993) had a very impressive game in the last round for Club Sportif Communal Djasr Constantine, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 15.
The 32-year old player had a double-double of 29 points and 12 rebounds, while his team beat NA Hussein Dey (#14, 3-13) 84-69. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. CSC Djasr maintains the 10th position in Algerian D1. CSC Djasr is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 7-9 record. The second best player in last round's games was Yacine Benyahya of league's second-best Chabab Sportif Tlemcen. Benyahya had a very good evening with a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds. It was enough for Chabab Sportif to edge the lower-ranked Moustakbal (#13, 3-13) 58-52. Chabab Sportif's second position in the standings has not changed. His team's 11-5 record is not bad at all. Benyahya is a newcomer at Chabab Sportif, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was international guard Tarek Hamdani (194-PG-1995) of Widad Boufarik (#3). Hamdani showcased his all-around game by recording 13 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Widad, leading his team to a 67-62 win against the lower-ranked USM Alger (#6, 9-7). Widad needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 11 victories and 5 lost games. Hamdani has a great season in Algeria. After 15 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 6.4apg (2nd best).
