Here is the weekly review of the top performing Algerian players, who play currently abroad.

Mohamed Harat
Mohamed Harat
#1. This week's number one is former international forward Mohamed Harat (198-1990, currently plays in Saudi Arabia). He could not help Al Fateh (5-2) in their last game. Despite Harat's very good performance Al Fateh was edged 78-76 on the road by the lower-ranked (#5) Al Ittihad. He had a double-double by scoring 40 points and getting 16 rebounds. Harat also added 3 assists and 2 blocks (made all of his seven free throws) in 40 minutes on the court. It was Al Fateh's first loss after three consecutive victories. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Harat has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 31.0ppg, 16.0rpg, 4.8apg, 1.3bpg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 64.3%(72-112) and FT: 73.5% in six games he played so far. Former Groupe Sportif Petroliers Alger starter played for the Algerian senior national team year ago.

Despite his very good performance Le Portel was edged 79-77 in Fos-sur-Mer by the lower-ranked Provence Basket (#10). Hifi was the second best scorer with 15 points. He also added 4 assists. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Hifi's overall stats this year are: 9.0ppg, 2.8apg, 2FGP: 58.8%(10-17) and FT: 81.3%. He has a dual citizenship: Algerian and French. Hifi played for the Algerian U16 national team in 17.

Ammour recorded 8 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists in 22 minutes. It was his first game for Saint Chamond this season. His team is placed ninth in the ProB.
