It is actually his comeback to Al Hasa as he has played here before. He played most recently at Al Ittihad in Syrian SBL league. In 22 games he was league's second best scorer with impressive 29.1ppg and had 14.9rpg (#3 in the league) and 3.4apg last season. He also played for Al Fateh in Saudi Arabian SBL where in 22 games he was league's second best scorer with remarkable 29.1ppg and recorded 14.9rpg (#3 in the league), 3.4apg and 1.6spg. Harat also spent pre-season at Al Shamal (D1) in Qatari league. He was also a member of Algerian international program for some years.
