Egypt U18 - Algeria U18 76-64

Abdulaziz Khalifa 'Azouz', the youth basketball player, imposed himself in the Arab championship that was held in Cairo, where the 'talented' was crowned the best scorer, by scoring 117 points in the '19th edition', in which the Egyptian team won the title, after winning the final against Algeria 76- 64. 'Azouz' showed a great talent in scoring, whether in triple or double throws, and he appeared distinguished in the ranks of 'Al-Abyad'. From the first start of the team, he demonstrated high efficiency, as he scored in the first match against Qatar 31 points out of 74 points for the team in the match that ended. In the interest of Qatar 86-74, and in the second match against Saudi Arabia, 'Azouz' played his best matches in the tournament, which is the only victory for our team also with a score of 72-59, and the player scored 40 points. In the Algeria match, he scored 21 points in the match that ended in favor of the 'Arab runner-up' 82-42, and in the penultimate match with Egypt, he scored the lowest percentage '5 points' only, in a match that ended in favor of the 'Pharaohs' 125-35, and in the last match with Kuwait In which 'Blue' won 70-65, 'Azouz' scored 20 points. Abdulaziz Khalifa, 18, has great ambitions with the rest of his colleagues, when they compete in the Asian qualifiers from July 29 to August 6, and will be held at Al Wasl Club Hall in Dubai, with the participation of 6 teams, namely the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar.
