Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Algerians who are currently playing abroad.
#1. This week's number one is former international forward
Mohamed Harat (198-1990, currently plays in Saudi Arabia). He could not help
Al Fateh (13-9) in their last game. Despite Harat's very good performance Al Fateh lost
85-89 on the road to the lower-ranked (#7) Al Ahly.
He had a double-double by scoring 35 points and getting 19 rebounds. Harat also added 5 assists in 40 minutes on the court.
It was Al Fateh's first loss after five consecutive victories.
The Regular Season already ended.
Harat has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 29.1ppg, 14.9rpg, 3.4apg, 1.6spg, 2FGP: 64.9%(240-370), 3FGP: 30.6% and FT: 70.1% in 22 games he played so far.
Former Groupe Sportif Petroliers Alger starter played for the Algerian senior national team year ago.
#2. Second place goes to an experienced former international center
Touhami Ghezzoul (209-1987, college:
N.Dakota St., currently plays in Saudi Arabia). Ghezzoul was not able to help
Al Salam (8-14) in their last game on Monday. Despite his very good performance Al Salam was defeated
84-76 in Tabuk by the lower-ranked Duba Club (#10).
Ghezzoul recorded a double-double by scoring 19 points and getting 12 rebounds. He also added 2 blocks.
The Regular Season already ended.
This season Ghezzoul has very high stats. He averages: 18.2ppg, 14.9rpg, 1.9bpg, 2FGP: 51.9%, 3FGP: 28.6% and FT: 62.2%.
Ghezzoul played for the Algerian national team in 22.
#3. The Algerian player who performed third best last week abroad was former U16 international guard
Nadir Hifi (190-2002, currently plays in France). He managed to help ESSM Le Portel Cote d'Opale in a victory against the 16th-ranked Entente Orleans 45 (8-15)
76-71 in the French Betclic ELITE ProA on Saturday night.
Hifi scored only 3 points and added 3 assists in 16 minutes.
ESSM Le Portel Cote d'Opale (3-3) is placed fourth in the Betclic ELITE ProA.
This year Hifi's overall stats are: 5.3ppg, 1.3rpg, 1.5apg, 2FGP: 58.6%(17-29), 3FGP: 27.3% and FT: 72.7% in 13 games.
He has a dual citizenship: Algerian and French.
Hifi played for the Algerian U16 national team year ago.
#4. Forward
Kamel Ammour (203-1991, currently plays in France) contributed to an easy victory against the 13th-ranked Quimper UJAP (10-13) crushing them
102-70 in the French ProB (second division) in Friday night's game.
He scored 8 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists.
Saint Chamond Basket Valle du Gier (18-6) is placed first in the ProB.
Ammour's total stats this season are: 7.0ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.3apg.

#5. Former international guard
Nadyr Labouize (187-1997, currently plays in France) was not able to secure a victory for
Andrezieux (6-5) in their last game. Despite Labouize's good performance the sixth-placed Andrezieux (6-5) lost
76-87 on the opponent's court to the leading Vitre in the Group B.
He scored 13 points, had 6 rebounds and dished 5 assists in 29 minutes.
This year Labouize's total stats are: 6.4ppg, 3.0rpg and 3.3apg in 26 games.

#6. Point guard
Samir Mekdad (191-1986, currently plays in France) couldn't help
C'Chartres (14-7) in their game against La Rochelle (4-7) in the French NM1 (third division).
Mekdad scored 5 points and grabbed 4 rebounds.
C'Chartres (#2) was defeated
81-73 in La Rochelle by the lower-ranked La Rochelle (#8) in the Group A.
Mekdad has averaged so far 6.9ppg, 3.2rpg and 2.3apg.

#7. Former U16 international shooting guard
Ilian Nessaibia (183-2003, currently plays in Switzerland) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Levaux (3-16) crushing them
96-62 in the Swiss NLB (second division) in Sunday night's game.
Nessaibia scored only 4 points in 8 minutes on the court.
Pully Basket Foxes (4-16) are placed sixth in the NLB.
His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical.
Nessaibia has averaged so far 4.4ppg, 1.4rpg and 1.3apg in 16 games.

#8. Point guard
Faycal Sahraoui (190-1979, currently plays in France) couldn't help
Toulouse (18-3) in their last game on Friday. Despite Sahraoui's good performance Toulouse was defeated
90-84 at home by the lower-ranked SOPCC (#7) in the Group B.
He scored 12 points and added 7 assists.
Sahraoui has averaged so far 8.3ppg, 2.1rpg and 5.1apg.
