Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

Leader CRB Dar El-B. delivered the twenty second win on Sunday night. This time they crushed 14th ranked RC Constantine (6-22) 77-51 in El-Beida. CRB Dar El-B. maintains first place with 22-6 record. Newly promoted RC Constantine keeps the fourteenth position with 22 games lost.
The game in was also worth to mention about. 7th ranked Staoueli (16-11) played at the court of eighth ranked OS Arreridj (15-13). OS Arreridj managed to secure a 6-point victory 72-66. Newly promoted OS Arreridj maintains eighth place with 15-13 record. Staoueli at the other side keeps the seventh position with 11 games lost.
A very close game took place in Setif between Ouargla and USS. Thirteenth ranked Ouargla (7-19) got a very close victory on the road over higher ranked USS (19-9). Ouargla managed to escape with a 3-point win 76-73 on Sunday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the home team. Ouargla maintains thirteenth place with 7-19 record. Loser USS dropped to the fourth position with nine games lost. They share it with USM Blida.
We should mention about the upset which took place in Batna, where 4th placed USMB (19-9) was outleveled in a road game by twelfth ranked Olympi Batna (11-17) 74-51. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of USMB. Olympi Batna moved-up to eleventh place. USMB at the other side keeps the fourth position with nine games lost.

Other games of round 29 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
bottom-ranked Olympi Miliana was defeated by NAH Dey in Alger 77-66. GS Petroliers beat USM Alger at home 76-58. IRB Arreridj won against El Eulma on the opponent's court 78-66.



NAH Dey - Olympi Miliana 77-66

There was no surprise in Alger where 16th ranked Olympi Miliana (1-25) was defeated by ninth ranked NAH Dey (14-14) 77-66. NAH Dey maintains ninth place with 14-14 record. Olympi Miliana lost third consecutive game. They stay dead last with 25 lost games.

GS Petroliers - USM Alger 76-58

No shocking result in a game when second ranked GS Petroliers (21-4) defeated at home 10th ranked USM Alger (11-15) 76-58. Defending champion maintains second place with 21-4 record behind leader CRB Dar El-B. Newly promoted USM Alger keeps the tenth position with 15 games lost.

GS Petroliers celebrate 6th consecutive title - 5 days ago
GS Petroliers celebrate 2018/19 title as they had no difficulties in the Final game against NB Staoueli. GS Petroliers emerged to an easy 102-68 win as they had 59-34 halftime advantage. Earlier in the semifinals Groupe Sportif Petrolier overcame NA Hussein Dey 63-61, while NB Staoueli edged WA Boufarik 64-62. It was the 6th consecutive title for GS Petroliers. In 2013 CSM Constantine won the Play-offs after three year of dominance of GS Petroliers.   [read more]
