GS Petroliers celebrate 4th consecutive title - Jul 15, 2017


GS Petroliers celebrated 2016/17 title as they won both Final games against NA Hussein-Dey. GS Petroliers posted a 75-71 win in the opener and then won 94-61. Mohamed Seddik gave his team a 38-24 halftime advantage, while Faycal Belkhodja (192-G-88) nailed three for 64-32 lead. With this success the Petroliers won the 19th championship of their history, the 4th consecutive.


Groupe Sportif Petrolier celebrate Algerian Basketball Cup 2017 title - Jul 8, 2017


Groupe Sportif Petrolier overcame Union de Setif to celebrate Algerian Basketball Cup 2017 title. In the Final game they posted a 62-52 victory to win the 7th consecutive title. Early in 2010 season TBB Blida became the winner of the Algerian Cup.
Earlier in the semifinals Groupe Sportif Petrolier beat NB Staoueli 75-56. Union de Setif meanwhile edged CRB Dar El Beida 64-62.
