Sporting Clube de Luanda secured a 74–67 victory over the KPA Women’s Basketball Team after a strong closing quarter. The game was tightly contested early, with both teams level after the first quarter and separated by just one point at halftime. KPA surged in the third period to take a narrow lead, but Sporting Clube responded with a decisive 19–10 run in the fourth quarter. Their late-game execution proved the difference in sealing the win.
Eleuteria Lhavanguane (180-F-1997) top-scored for the winners with 25 points and Nelma Cunha (178-F-2002) had 15. Sara Dickey (177-G/F-1995, college: Evansville) answered with 20 points in defeat.
