Ferroviário de Maputo secured a solid 62–43 victory over F.A.P Women, controlling the game through consistent scoring and strong defensive play. CFM opened with a 14–8 first quarter and maintained their advantage with a steady second period to lead at halftime. They broke the game open in the third quarter with a 17–8 run, extending the gap and putting FAP under pressure. Despite FAP’s efforts in the final period, Ferroviário remained composed, closing out the match 16–12 in the fourth to seal a convincing win.
Destiny Pitts (178-G-1999, college: Texas A&M) paced all the winners with 18 points and Ingvild Mucauro (176-F-1992) had 10. Josiane Tientcheu (168-PG-1998) replied with 11 points in a loss and Idubamo Beggi (168-PG-2006) notched 10.
