Angola improved at 2-0 record as they held off DR Congo. Alexia Dizeko (178-G/F-01) netted 14 points and grabbed 7 rebounds for the winners. Angola piled up a 32:13 halftime lead. They held DR Congo to 14 points after the big break and coasted to the victory. Tatiana Miguel (00) had 13 points in the win. Naomie Bonga (00) and Marceline Mwakekesa (01) tossed in 8 points each for DR Congo.

Mali - Uganda 132-39
Mali registered the second straight win in Maputo. They stormed past Uganda to remain perfect. Gnere Dembele (186-C-00) led the winners with 23 points. Mali sank 64 points in the first half to take a massive 54-point lead and never looked back en route to the win. Ramatoulaye Keita (00) had 22 points for Mali. Azidah Nabayunga (00) replied with 8 points for Uganda.
