FINAL Egypt - Mali 61-84 Mali defended their U18 AfroBasket title. They upset hosting Egypt in the championship game in Cairo tonight. Salimatou Kourouma (175-G/F-99) posted 27 points and 15 rebounds to pace the champions. Mali recorded a 35:23 halftime lead. They extended the gap at 14-point mark heading into the fourth term. SEMIFINALS Mali - Angola 65-46 Mali outscored Angola to seal their Final appearance in Cairo. The defending champions will take on hosting Egypt for the trophy on Sunday. Adama Coulibaly (175-G/F-98) scored 16 points and grabbed 9 rebounds for the winners. Mali jumped to a 38:17 halftime advantage.
