Costa do Sol rolled over ASC Ville de Dakar 53-37 on their way to the semis of the Champions Cup. The hosts trailed 10-11 at the end of the first period, but then took control of the game. Costa do Sol posted 12 points in the third and the last stanzas to secure the victory.
Vilma Covane (190-C-1996, college: Cumberlands) stepped up with 11 points and Ingvild Mucauro (176-F-1992) poured in 8. Fatoumata Traore (197-F-2001) ended up with 11 points in the losing effort, whilst Foune Sissoko netted 8.
