ASS Sale and ES Rades to clash for title- December 19, 2017
ASS Sale - Libolo 97-86ASS Sale topped Libolo to enter the championship game in Rades. It looked good early as Libolo took a 2-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then ASS Sale had a 22-19 second period charge getting the lead and Libolo was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 86-97. ASS Sale players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Libolo's players. 27 personal fouls committed by Libolo helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a quality performance for forward Abdelhakim Zouita (200-86) who led the winners and scored 29 points and 5 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). Power forward Abderrahim Najah (198-84) accounted for 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Guard Pedro Bastos (191-93) came up with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and American guard JeKel Foster (194-83, college: Ohio St., agency: Inception Sports) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Libolo in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Libolo's coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Guard Omar Abada (189-93) chipped in 10 points and 7 assists. Four ES Rades players scored in double figures. ES Rades' coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game.
