    Boa Viagem-Angra-Acore (Liga Feminina) added to their roster 23-year old Ugandan international forward Claire Lamunu (185-93). She just graduated from Vanguard (NAIA). She helped them to make it to the NAIA D1 Final Four. A very spectacular season in her career as she was selected WBCA NAIA Player of the Year, WBCA All-NAIA Player of the Year and voted to NAIA D1 All-Championship 1st Team.     Despite a rocky start, UCU Lady Canons made light work of National Basketball League new comers Lioness on Friday evening at Lugogo. The defending champions dispatched Lioness 56-27 thanks to a big third quarter in which they scored 21 points and a defensively solid fourth quarter in which the allowed just 4 points.
