A.S. Hammamet (Division I) signed experienced 35-year old Jordanian international guard Rasheim Wright (192-91kg-81, college: of District of Columbia, agency: Promotex). He is a dual citizen owning also American passport. Wright already started the season at Zakho in Iraqi Superleague and played with the team 2 games. The last season he played at IRT Tanger (D1) in Moroccan league.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Wright won Jordanian League championship title in 2009. He was also voted Asia-Basket.com All-Asian Club Championships 1st Team back in 2013.
Wright represented Jordan at the West Asia Basketball Championships in Amman (Jordan) this year.
He is quite experienced player. Wright has played in thirteen different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Argentina, Bahrain (Al Hala), Bosnia, Iran (M.H.Ahvaz), Lebanon (Anibal), Mexico, Philippines, Qatar (Al Gharafa), Saudi Arabia (Al Fateh), Turkey (Istanbul BBSK), Jordan (Al Riyadi and Ittihad Schools) and Libya (Nasr).
Wright attended of District of Columbia until 2005 and it is his twelfth (!!!) season as a professional player.

Tunisia - Morocco 60:52 Tunisia became the first AfroBasket finalists. The hosts rallied past Morocco in the first semifinal clash in Tunis.
