The adventure of the U18 Tunisian national team in African Cup that took place in Rwanda finished bad after defeat in the match of classification for the 3rd place against Mali (58-52 for Mali). The team finished the first round at 3rd place behind Angola and Egypt. In the second round they won against Uganda with a big gap of 16 points and after that won against Rwanda before the defeat against Mali.
In the finals Angola won the title against Egypt.
Tunisia missed the occasionon to qualify for the World Cup which is held in Egypt in 2017.

ES Rades and ES Sahel entered the Finals sweeping the semifinals series. ES Rades overcame US Monastir 59-57 in game 2 to win the series 2-0. The first-leg game had ended with a large win for ES Rades 85-60. ES Sahel meanwhile edged Club African 68-61 for the same record victories. In the first game they posted a 79-78 win.   [read more]

ES Rades and ES Sahel earned victories in semis openers in Tunisia. After a long break due to the National team participating at Afrobasket Qualifiers, the favorites opened the series with the wins. ES Sahel secured a narrow win over Club Africain 79-78. ES Rades meanwhile beat US Monastir 85-60 at the Super Playoff first-leg semi-final. The second games to be played on April 15th.   [read more]
