ES Sahel earned the Tunisian Cup title. They beat US Monastir 74:72 in the dramatic Final tonight to raise the trophy. US Monastir pulled ahead in the first half. They recorded a 32:30 halftime lead. ES Sahel however turned things around in the third term. They jumped ahead for a 51:45 lead heading into the fourth quarter. US Monastir however did not surrender. They limited their opponents to just 11 points in the fourth frame and forced overtime. But ES Sahel sank 12 points in the extra period and celebrated the trophy.

Air Fire Valmontone ( Seria B ) agreed terms with 21-years old Italian - Tunisian small forward Semir Giotto (197-SF-96). He played the last season at Benacquista Assicurazioni Latina Basket in Italy Seria A2 , in 21 games he had 2.6 ppg, 2.1 rpg .
