Dalia Sport Grombalia (Division I) signed 26-year old Ivorian ex-international center Willy Kouassi (208-104kg-91, college: Arkansas).
He represented Ivory Coast at the African Championships U18 in Egypt nine years ago.
Kouassi graduated from University of Arkansas in 2016 and it is his first season as a professional player.
