E.S.Sahel wins 2012/2013 Finals as they posted two victories against E.S.Rades. In Game 1 E.S.Sahel won 69:67 and then added 75:67 victory in Game 2. In total is gave the winners 144-134 victory.

E.S.Rades and E.S.Sahel advanced to the Final that will be played on April 27th. E.S.Sahel needed two victories against C.Africain in the Semifinals stage. At first Sahel posted a 62:51 win and then added a 73:55 victory. E.S.Rades meanwhile needed three games for two victories. Rades won the opener against Stade Nabeulien 66:61, but then lost the second game 69:71. In the decisive third game E.S.Rades posted a 57:54 narrow win.

The most important game in the last round took place in Rades between third ranked Stade Nabeulien (9-5) and fourth ranked ES Rades (10-4) on Saturday night. Stade Nabeulien was defeated by ES Rades in a tough game on the road 57-64. ES Rades moved-up to third place. Stade Nabeulien at the other side dropped to the fourth position with five games lost.
Division I top team - Club Africain (12-2) added another victory to their record. This time they beat seventh ranked JS Kairouan (2-12) 85-78
