Mwita confirmed the presence of various tournaments such as Women Day tournament set to be held on March 8th this year. The tournament will draw various women teams from Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Tanga, Morogoro and Arusha. Mwita also said in May this year, TBF will host the national club championship that will be held in Dar es Salaam. He said the national club championship will involve all regional champions and runners up. With exception of Dar es Salaam that is considered to be a special zone it will draw six teams from Kinondoni, Ilala and Temeke districts.
