Since the South Sudan declared independence from the Sudan, there might be a chance for it's national-team and club teams to compete very soon in FIBA-sanctioned tournaments such as the African Championships. Luol Deng (201-F-85, agency: Interperformances, college: Duke) visited recently the South Sudan and hold a camp in Juba, while Kueth Duany (198-G/F-80, college: Syracuse) are actively helping to speed things up regarding basketball in the formerly war-torn region.
Since it will take some time to be recognized officially by FIBA, I took a minute to think who would likely be able to represent the country:

Isaac Kuon, Shooting Guard, Windsor (Canada) 21,7 ppg
Mac Koshwal, Power Forward,La Laguna (Spain) 7,3 ppg, 4,3 rpg
Longar Longar, Center, Utah Flash (US D-League) 2,3 ppg 2,3rpg
Deng Gai, Forward, Naglis-Adakris (Lithuania) 7,3 ppg 4,4 rpg, 2,9 bpg
Cheir Ajou, Center, New Mexico (US College) Freshman '11-'12
Peter Jurkin, Center, Indiana (US College) Freshman '12-'13
Peter Jok, Shooting Guard, Illinois (US College) Freshman '12-'13
Dau Jok, Shooting Guard, Pennsylvania (US College) 0,2 ppg
Koang Doluony, Small Forward, Indiana State (US College) 2,2 ppg
Goldeng Deng, Guard, Park (US College) 10,2 ppg
John Riek, Center, Mississippi State (US College) 1,2 ppg
Silver Laku, Point Guard, Skallagrimur (Iceland)

Maybe I'm missing some players with better resumees, but that's so far my list of possibles.
