Sudanese Riiny Ngot (218-C, college: Bridgeport) had 2 points and 6 blocks as his StFX X-Men took a tough loss to the Dalhousie Tigers Saturday night 79-68 in front
of a packed Halifax Metro Centre.

Coming off a huge win agains the Saint Mary's Huskies, the X-Men couldn't muster
enough energy to pull out their second win in as many nights.

The Dalhousie Tigers, the AUS' top ranked defensive team, were strong out of the gates
lead by Simon Farine's early offence. After a few early baskets, the Dalhousie defence
keyed in on X's offensive attack, holding them to 11 first quarter points.

The second quarter was a lot of the same for the X-Men as they struggled to score
against the Tigers' defensive schemes. Still, at the half the X-Men trailed by 11 points.
The second half was a lot of the same for the X-Men who were matched point for point
by Dalhousie's attack.

Jeremy Dunn was big for the X-Men down the stretch as he kept them in the game with
his clutch shooting from the outside.

Sadly, it wasn't enough to get the job done.

Will Silver lead the team in scoring with 20, while Dunn had 19 Christian Upshaw had
10.

Joseph Schow lead the Tigers with 23 points and Simon Farine chipped in 22.
In a season where injuries always took the spotlight, the X-Men constantly fought
through adversity, and overcame lots of obstacles.

StFX now graduates six players - Chad Warren, Christian Upshaw, Alberto Rodriguez,
Dwayne Johnson, Will Silver and Charlie Spurr.
