Moron signs Mansour Kasse - Feb 24, 2017

Aceitunas Fragata Moron (LEB Silver) signed 25-year old Senegalese international center Mansour Kasse (208-92). He started the season at JS Kairouan in Tunisian Division I. The last season Kasse played at Caceres_Basket (LEB Gold) where in 10 games he had just 2.0ppg and 2.5rpg.
He won Spanish LEB Silver championship title in 2015.
Kasse also represented Senegal at the African Championships U18 in Egypt nine years ago. His team got to the Semifinals.
Kasse has played previously professionally in Italy (Arona) and Spain (Real Madrid, Nautico KIA Tenerife, Real Madrid II, Navarra and Majadahonda).

Gordon Olginate (Serie B) signed 20-year old Senegalese center Fadilou Seck (205-95kg-97, agency: Players Group). He has played for the last four seasons at Orasi Ravenna in the Serie A2. Serie A2 was a little too high level for him, where in 7 games he had just 0.6ppg last season. Serie B will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time. Nigeria - Senegal 76:71 Nigeria continue their AfroBasket title defence. The defending champions beat Senegal in the semifinal clash tonight. Nigeria will try to repeat as champions in the title game versus Tunisia tomorrow. Bryant Mbamalu (191-SG-91, college: La-Lafayette) nailed 19 points and grabbed 7 boards to pace the winners.
