Espoir's head coach Jean Bahufite has cautioned his players to stay focused and avoid any form of complacence when they face IPRC-Kigali in a national basketball league game today at Amahoro indoor stadium. Fresh from a massive 124-56 win over struggling Cercle Sportif de Kigali (CSK) last Saturday, the four-times reigning champions Espoir will be hoping for more of the same against an on-form IPRC-Kigali. Albert Buhake 's IPRC-Kigali will be full of confidence following their 81-76 win over title hopefuls IPRC-South in their last outing. "It's going to be a very tough game, so we need to be at the top of our game both physically and mentally. Preparations are going on really well, our confidence levels are quite high following last weekend's big win over CSK," Bahufite told Times Sport on Wednesday. He added: "IPRC-Kigali are a strong team with good individual players, games between the two teams are always tough, and don't expect anything different on Friday." Last season, IPRC-Kigali stunned Espoir 73-66 in the league first round. Espoir top the table with 22 points, IPRC-South are second, Patriots are third while IPRC-Kigali sit fourth all with 21 points but Patriots have played one game less.
