Nwaelele
33-year old Nigerian international guard Daniel Nwaelele (193-93kg-84, college: Air Force) left Paris-Levallois (ProA). In 8 games he recorded just 2.5ppg and 1.1rpg this season. He also played 4 games in Eurocup where he averaged 6.8ppg and 2.8rpg.
The last season Nwaelele played at another team Austin Toros in U.S. NBA-G-League. In 32 games he had 9.1ppg, 3.7rpg and 1.3apg.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he played in the final of D-League for two years in a row (2013 and 2014).
Nwaelele also represented Nigeria at the World Military Championships in Klaipeda (Lithuania) eight years ago.
He has played previously professionally in NBA (Memphis Grizzlies) and NBA G League (Santa Cruz Warriors).
Nwaelele attended U.S. Air Force Academy until 2007 and it is his eleventh (!!!) season as a professional player.

The D'Tigers of Nigeria began their World Cup qualifier on a winning note as they defeated Uganda 102-86 in Bamako, Mali. The opening exchanges were tight as both teams tried to establish dominance.
