25-year old American (has also Nigerian passport) guard Kevin Olekaibe (188-82kg-92, college: UNLV) left Cocinas.com CB Clavijo Logrono (LEB Gold) from In three games in Spain he had 6.0ppg, 2.3rpg and 2.0apg this season.
The previous (14-15) season Olekaibe played at another team Canton Charge in U.S. NBA-G-League. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. In 32 games he recorded 3.7ppg and 1.4rpg. Olekaibe helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in D-League Atlantic Division. They also advanced to the league semifinals. Quite impressive season as he was invited to participate in the D-League All-Star Game Slam Dunk Contest.
Three years ago he was drafted by Canton Charge (D-League) in sixth round (102th overall).
Olekaibe attended University of Nevada - Las Vegas until 2014 and it is his fourth season in pro basketball.
He was voted NABC Division I All-District 6 2nd Team back in 2012 at his college time.
