NDF Carabinieri vs Tomahawks MBA - 79 : 100
<And Paulo Cassanga drags Paulus Paulus AKA MJ into the "HIGHLIGHT" of the game, dunking on him and completing a three point play!>
In this match, Carabinieri's squad shot 10 successful 3pt that kept them in the game.
S Justice lead all Carabinieri's scorers with 23 points (3 x 3pt) followed by Paulus P with 20 (3 dunks) and Mandume S with 12 (all from the 3pt line) and enough assists. Team captain, J Shapumba scored 11 points (3 x 3pt).
On the Tomahawks 8-0 Run's last match, L Murere AKA Rundu Beast scored a season high 30 points, followed by Paulo C with 20 (1 x 3pt) which left the game with an injury in the beginning of the 4th quarter, and Freddie A with 18 points. This time Luis A was not an offensive factor as he scored a season low of 15 points (1 x 3pt).

Tomahawks WBA vs Civics Starzz - 47 : 44
The Tomahawks were leading by the end of the 1st quarter "3 : 16" but the Starzz fought back the 2nd half.
Chenai D scored 20 points for the starts as the other team contributed equally for the further 24 points. Starzz rookie sensation Tweety wasn't in one of her normal days as she didn't do much.
Lydia S scored 21 points for the Tomahawks as the rest of the team contributed equally for the further baskets scored. Rookie sensation Monde S scored 8 points.

Katutura Titans vs Civics Suns - 73 : 74
After being eliminated from the MTC CUP by the Titans, the Suns came back in this close encounter.
Eric N (Junior) lead all scorers with 34 points (6 x 3pt) followed by Coulson J (2 x 3pt) and Natchell N with 6 points from the 3pt line.
On the Titans side, Captain Corbin P scored 22 points, followed by Adeyemi S with 14 and Ruben I (2 dunks) and Paulus H (2 x 3pt) with 11 points apiece.

Poly Blues vs UBC Stormers - 55 : 46
The Stormers' former John "Brick" M, is now John "Swish" M as he's hitting 75% from the 3pt line.
Stormers' Lauro C scored 18 points (2 x 3pt) followed by PG Armstrong K with 11 and John "Swish" m with 8 (2 x 3pt).
Blues' BD da Silva scored 27 points, followed by Didier N with 12.

WCE Flames vs Poly Dodgers - 29 : 35

On this low scoring game, Vickey K continued getting all the rebounds that came in her way and she scored 12 points followed by Gertrut with 9 and Daniella with 6.
On the Dodgers side, Clara M lead all scorers with 13 points, followed by PG Janet B and SG Solange N with 8 points apiece.

DHL Titans became 2016 champions - 4 months ago
DHL Titans became 2016 champions. In the Final series they beat the Lions 3-1 in the KBA 2016 league finals. They grabbed the win at the UNAM gym hall. After being tied at 1-1, DHL Titans posted another two victories to clinch the title. Earlier in the Semifinals DHL Titans overcame the Wolves.   [read more]
Under 20 Team Departs for Ausc Games in Angola - 6 months ago
Team Namibia left for Luanda, Angola yesterday for the 2016 African Union Sports Council (AUSC) Region Five Under-20 Youth Games, which start on Wednesday and end on 19 December. Namibia will compete in football (women), basketball (men), track and field events, boxing, netball, swimming and tennis.
