D1 Round 22: ASS Sale edges WAC by three points - May 15, 2017

The Regular Season in D1 just ended.

The most exciting game of round 22 in the D1 took place in Casablanca. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 4th ranked WAC (13-7) to first ranked ASS Sale (17-3) 88-85 on Sunday evening. ASS Sale have an impressive six-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 17-3 record, which they share with CRA Hoceima. WAC at the other side keeps the fourth place with seven games lost. They share the position with MAS Fes.
Important game to mention about took place in Rabat. Eighth ranked FUS Rabat (8-12) saved a 3-point victory at home edging 7th ranked KACM (8-12) 67-64 in the game for the seventh place. FUS Rabat moved-up to seventh place, which they share with defeated KACM. KACM lost fifth consecutive game.
Second ranked CRA Hoceima blasted bottom-ranked RSB Berkane (0-20) in Al Hoceima 84-54 on Sunday evening. RSB Berkane is still unable to win any game. CRA Hoceima (17-3) have an impressive six-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with ASS Sale. Newly promoted RSB Berkane still closes the standings.
The game with biggest result difference took place in Nador. Local IRAN (2-18) was outscored by fifth ranked MAS Fes (13-7) 104-65. MAS Fes have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with WAC. IRAN lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth position with 18 games lost.

In the last game of round 22 KAC was crushed by IRT Tanger in a road game 92-69.

Iran - MAS Fes 65-104

There was no surprise when 9th ranked KAC (5-15) was crushed on the road by sixth ranked IRT Tanger (12-8) 92-69. IRT Tanger have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 12-8 record. KAC lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the ninth place with 15 games lost.

FUS Rabat - KACM 67-64

Important game to mention about took place in Rabat. Eighth ranked FUS Rabat (8-12) saved a 3-point victory at home edging 7th ranked KACM (8-12) 67-64 in the game for the seventh place. FUS Rabat moved-up to seventh place, which they share with defeated KACM. KACM lost fifth consecutive game.

The next ACC will be host by ASS in Morocco! - 22 days ago
The finalist of the last ACC will hist the 2017' Arab club championship in Sale,Morocco. The slaoui organisation already host the competition in 2015' when the qatari porwerhouse Al Rayyan won in final against the ASS. A solid number of team from the whole arabs countries will arrive in Morocco after the last competition has been player in Tunisia where the E.S.S won. AS Sale defends the title - 1 month ago
AS Sale defended the title in Morocco winning Morocco Basketball League 2016/2017. In the Final game they overcame Maghreb Fez 86-63. In the game for the third place Wydad Casablanca beat Chabab Rif Al Hoceima 92-74. Earlier Maghreb Fez outscored Chabab Rif Al Hoceima 98-89 in the semifinals. Moroccan Final 4 in Marrakech. - 1 month ago
The best four teams of the moroccan league will try to clinch the tittle during the 1/2/3 June in Marrakech. CRA,MAS,WAC and ASS will compete to get the trophy of the season 2016-17.
