D1 Round 12: CRA Hoceima lose their first game against FAR Rabat - Feb 5, 2017

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated CRA Hoceima (8-1) on the court of fourth ranked FAR Rabat on Saturday night. Visitors were edged by FAR Rabat 65-62. It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of CRA Hoceima. FAR Rabat have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 7-3 record. CRA Hoceima at the other side still keeps top place with one game lost. They share the position with ASS Sale.
The game in Marrakech supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked ASS Sale (8-1) played at the court of 6th ranked KACM (4-5). ASS Sale did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 94-74. Defending champion used an opportunity after CRA Hoceima lost their game and moved up joining them at the top position. Newly promoted KACM keeps the sixth place with five games lost. They share the position with IRT Tanger.

Moroccan team AS Sale and Lebanese side Homenetmen booked their tickets to the final of the 30th Arab Clubs Basketball Championship in the Moroccan city of Sale on Tuesday.
