Comercial Ulsa Ciudad de Valladolid (LEB Silver) agreed terms with 22-year old Mali international center Boubacar Sidibe (205-94). After playing at Stade Malien in Mali D1 league, he moved to PSE of Algeria and averaged 14,7 points and 8,2 rebounds last season.
Sidibe has been also a member of Mali international program for some years. He has regularly played for Mali senior team since 2013 and previously for U18 National Team in 2012.
Sidibe represented Mali at the Afrobasket Championships in Rades (Tunisia) last year. His stats at that event were 5 games: 8.0ppg, 3.6rpg, FGP: 56.0%, 3PT: 25.0%, FT: 69.2%.

AS Police celebrated the Cup title at the Palais des Sports Salamatou Maiga in Mali. In the Final game they overcame As Real de Bamako 66-61. As Police posted an 18-12 lead at the start of the game and led 10 points at the halftime. Real de Bamako reduced to 52-43 at the end of the third period and managed to cut the deficit in the last period, however could not catch up with the opponents.   [read more]

Here is the weekly review of the top performing Mali players, who play currently abroad. This week's number one is former U16 international power forward Cheick Diallo (206-96). He could not help the New Orleans Pelicans (34-48) in their last game.
