JSA Bordeaux Basket (NM2) inked 27-year old Mali international forward Namory Boundy (202-89) from Wasselonne Otterswiller Saverne Basket.
The previous (14-15) season Boundy played at Rueil (NM1) where in 33 games he averaged 3.5ppg and 1.9rpg.
He won French NM1 Play-Offs championship title in 2012.
Boundy also represented Mali at the Afrobasket Championships in Rades (Tunisia) last year. His stats at that event were 7 games: 2.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 1.1apg.
Boundy has played previously for two other teams: Chorale de Roanne and Charleville-Mezieres.

Senegal overcame Mali 79-72 in overtime, as both teams advanced to FIBA AfroBasket. Senegal grabbed a 17-16 lead at the end of the first period and added a 19-15 rally in the second frame. Mali scored 17 points in the third as well as the last stanzas to tie the game after four periods. In overtime Senegal needed a 14-7 surge to win the game.
