Al Ittihad Tripoli (D1) tabbed experienced 35-year old Tunisian ex-international guard Mohamed Dhifallah (196-95kg-82) to play African qualify for clubs zone (1). He played most recently at C Africain in Tunisian Division I. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. The previous (15-16) season Dhifallah played at U.S. Monastir (also in Division I). Al Ittihad Tripoli (D1) signed 28-year old American point guard Dion Dixon (190-89, college: Cincinnati) to play with team in African qualify zone ( 1 ). He already started the season at C Africain in Tunisian Division I. The last season Dixon was tested by GS Kymis in Greek A1 where in only one game he recorded just 2 points, 1 assist and 2 steals.
