Al Gezira Cairo club had succeded to ink internationl Tunisian center Hamdy Braa. Hamdy Braa had played two years ago in the Egyptian Superleague with sporting club and helped them to win several titles. Al Gezira Cairo also succeded to strengthen their rosters by Ahly and Etihad previous guard Mohand El Sabbagh. BAHRAIN bowed to Egypt 54-80 last night in their second game in the inaugural Bahrain International Basketball Championship, being played at Zain Basketball Arena in Um Al Hassam. The Bahrainis put in a valiant effort in the loss but ultimately were overmatched against their bigger and more organised rivals.
