We bring you last week's top performances from Congolese who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

Boris Meno
Boris Meno
#1. This week's number one is an international forward Boris Meno (203-83, agency: Two Points, college: Davidson). He led USK Praha to a victory over the ninth-ranked BK Lions Hradec (1-3) 100-91 in the Czech Republic NBL last Saturday. Meno was MVP of the game. He recorded a double-double by scoring 31 points and getting 18 rebounds. USK Praha (5-0) is placed first in the NBL. So far his team won all five games in the Regular Season. But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen. It's Meno's first year with the team. Meno is currently first on the league's list of top scorers and also on the list of best rebounders (first place). He has individually a very good season with high stats. Meno averages: 22.5ppg, 11.8rpg, 2.5apg, 1.3bpg, 2FGP: 53.3%, 3FGP: 44.4% and FT: 58.3%. He has a dual citizenship: Congolese and French. Despite Meno played previously for the French national team, he is currently a member of the Congolese senior national team.

Max Kouguere
Max Kouguere
#2. Second place goes to an international forward Max Kouguere (198-87). Kouguere contributed to a STB Le Havre's victory against the 14th-ranked JSF Nanterre (0-2) 90-79 in the French ProA on Saturday night. He scored 12 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 31 minutes. STB Le Havre (2-0) is placed third in the ProA. But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go. It's Kouguere's first season with the team. Kouguere has relatively good stats this year: 12.5ppg, 5.0rpg in the two games he played so far. He is another player who holds two passports: Congolese and Central African. Despite Kouguere played previously for the Central African national team, he is currently a member of the Congolese senior national team.

Nobel Boungou Colo
Nobel Boungou Colo
#3. The Congolese player who performed third best last week abroad was an international forward Nobel Boungou Colo (202-88), who plays in the French ProA. Boungou Colo could not help Limoges CSP Elite (0-2) in their last game on Monday. Despite his very good performance Limoges CSP Elite was defeated 70-62 on the road by the higher-ranked Strasbourg IG (#6). Boungou Colo was the top scorer with 18 points. He also added 9 rebounds. . This season Boungou Colo has relatively solid stats: 11.0ppg, 6.5rpg, 2FGP: 61.5% and FT: 75.0%. He has both Congolese and French nationalities. Despite Boungou Colo played previously for the French national team, he is currently a member of the Congolese senior national team.

Loic Akono
Loic Akono
#4. Guard Loic Akono (177-87) was not able to help Lille Metropole (2-2) in their game against Aix-Maurienne (3-1) in the French ProB (second division). Akono recorded 6 points, 10 assists and 3 steals in 24 minutes. Lille Metropole was badly defeated 100-81 in Aix-les-Bains by the higher-ranked (#5) Aix-Maurienne. . This year Akono's overall stats are: 6.0ppg, 2.0rpg, 3.5apg and 2.0spg in the four games. He also holds two passports: Congolese and French. Despite Akono played previously for the French national team, he is currently in the Congolese national team roster.

Kris Morlende
Kris Morlende
#5. An experienced international point guard Kris Morlende (182-79) helped Blois win their game against the league outsider Sorgues (0-4) 87-70 in the French NM1 (third division) on Saturday night. Morlende recorded 13 points. ADA Blois Basket (3-0) is placed first in the NM1. So far his team won all three games in the Regular Season. . Morlende's total stats this season are: 6.0ppg and 1.7apg. Similarly like Akono and Boungou Colo above he has Congolese and French nationalities. Despite Morlende played previously for the French national team, he is currently in the Congolese national team roster.

Enzo Tsonga
Enzo Tsonga
#6. Guard Enzo Tsonga (194-90) was not able to secure a victory for BBC Nyon (0-1) in their game against Lugano Tigers (1-0) in the Swiss LNA. Tsonga cannot count it as his best performance. He recorded only 2 points in 21 minutes. It was his first game for BBC Nyon this season. BBC Nyon was badly defeated 85-66 at home by the higher-ranked (#4) Lugano Tigers. . Tsonga is an international player who is currently on the senior Congolese National Team roster.

One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Congolese passport:

#1. Ehambe Moses Randall (198-G/F-86, college: ORU) led FIATC Joventut to a victory over the 14th-ranked Assignia Manresa (0-3) 83-71 in the Spanish ACB in Sunday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Moses Randall scored 24 points in 31 minutes. FIATC Joventut Badalona (2-1) is placed eighth in the ACB. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Moses Randall has relatively good stats this year: 10.3ppg and 1.3rpg in the three games he played so far. He is a naturalized American. Despite Moses Randall's Congolese passport, he currently plays for the USA national team and is not eligible to play for the Congolese team. Strangely Moses Randall has never played in Congo-Brazaville.
