The Knicks cut Tokoto - Oct 21, 2016

JP Tokoto
New York Knicks cut 23-year old naturalized Cameroonian forward JP Tokoto (198-91kg-93, college: N.Carolina).
The last season Tokoto played at another team OKC Blue where in 49 games he averaged 11.2ppg, 4.1rpg, 2.1apg and 1.5spg. It was a very successful season in his career as he was invited to participate in the D-League All-Star Game Slam Dunk Contest.
Last year Tokoto was drafted by Philadelphia 76ers in second round (58th overall). He attended University of North Carolina until 2015 and it is his second season in pro basketball.
Among other achievements Tokoto played in the final of ACC Tournament in 2013 and 2015. He received also ACC All-Defensive Team award in 2014 at his college time.

The last season Nnoko played at VL Pesaro in Italian Serie A where in 30 games he averaged 6.4ppg and 7.1rpg. He has never been drafted by the NBA.
