AS-Sonabhy # AS-Sonabel
It was hard for the petroliers on this Sunday. They never think that the electricians can play so well. Another defeat for them and they are out of the semi-finals.
Coach Achille Coulidiaty , started the match with Norbert Parkouda (-G), Aime HIEN, Roland Bassindja, Herman Belemlilga (-F), Ibrahim Ouedraogo.
Face to them, Aboubacar Sara (-F), Hamed Fabre (-G), Emmanuel PODA, Celestin DAH, Rene Ouedraogo; soon, the electricians tried to drive the match. They won the first and the second quarter. Aime HIEN work hard in his rectricted area and he was very offensive. He was at the beginning and at the end of the action. He was helped by Norbert, the point guard of the team.
At the third quarter, Aboubacar Sara, Rene Ouedraogo and Hamed Fabre for the petroliers became very offensive to join the score. Alain DIASSO (electricians) gave response to Hamed and Rene by shoots. Ibrahim Ouedraogo (electrician), good fastbreaker was a problem for AS-Sonabhy. But, it was very hard to play like that until the end of the match. Norbert was tired. And trying to substitute some of the players, coach Achille did the wrong choices. The score was tied at the end of the third period.
Roland Bassindja and Herman Belemlilga gave their best at the fourth quarter. But the petroliers get their victory and they didn't let it go.
Score: 64-57; best scorer: Aboubacar Sara with 25 points.
