13 rounds of the Botswana D1 for men are already played. Spartans stay No.1 in the league with almost perfect 11-1 record. In their latest game Spartans destroyed Bullets 87-49. Before that, Spartans handed 59-52 loss to Troopers.
In the last round, third ranked Police was too strong for Bullets 87-60. Police improved to 8-4 record after this victory, while Bullets dropped to 2-10. The fourth ranked Flames were better than BDF 66-62 last week for 7-2 score in the league. The last ranked Saints finally registered their first win last week. They outplayed No.9 Bullets 42-39.
Few games were postponed and they will be played in the coming days.

Dolphins are the Botswana Basketball League men's division 1 champions after beating Troopers 71-56 in a fast-paced title decider played on Saturday night. Botswana has finished bottom of the boys and girls pools in the FIBA Africa Zone VI U16 Afrobasket qualifiers. The five-day event, which was held at the Botswana National Youth Centre (BNYC) multi-purpose hall, came to an end on Saturday (May 30) with the hosts having lost all their matches after some dismal performances. Botswana basketball protege, Churchill Burrows (G) says he is enjoying an opportunity of playing professional basketball following his recent breakthrough in Europe.
