Libolo claimed the first victory at the pre-season tournament in Lisbon. The Angolan team overcame Oviedo. Andre Harris (201-PF-85, college: Fair Dickinson) nailed 21 points to lead the winners.
Libolo accounted for a 25:13 advantage after ten minutes. Oviedo denied the deficit in the second term. The Spanish team knotted things up at 44 at the interval. Oviedo pulled ahead in the third term. They ensured a 73:71 lead at the final intermission. Libolo sank 22 points in the final period and snatched a narrow victory. Eduardo Mingas (200-F/C-79) and Milton Barros (184-PG-84) delivered 10 points each in the win. Johan Lofberg (199-SG-95) responded with 21 points for Oviedo. Felipe Dos Anjos (218-C-98) had 15 points in the loss.
