Libolo celebrated the first victory in BIC League Finals. They nipped 1 De Agosto at home court to cut the deficit at 1-2. Olimpio Cipriano (194-F-82) posted 19 points to lead the hosts. Libolo got to a strong start. Libolo rallied to a 24:19 lead after ten minutes. The hosts built a 45:37 halftime advantage. 1 De Agosto narrowed the gap at 3-point mark at the final intermission. 1 De Agosto unleashed 29 points in the fourth quarter but Libolo survived the challenge and claimed a vital victory. Eduardo Mingas (200-F/C-79) grabbed 13 rebounds for the home side. Tariq Kirksay (199-F-79, college: Iona, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with 20 points and 6 assists for 1 De Agosto.
