Libolo is the new Champion! - May 26, 2017


Clube Recreativo e Desportivo do Libolo defeated Petroleos 96-87 on the road in Game 4 and swept the series 4-0 for the National Championship! It is 3rd title in club's history (previously in 2012 and 2014).

Libolo beat Interclube (82-71) in Angola cup final - May 16, 2017


After having been at a disadvantage for most of the entire match, Recreativo do Libolo won the Angolan Cup in men's senior basketball, by beating Interclube 82-71. In the match played in the Multipurpose Pavilion in Luanda, in the first half, Interclube were winning the game by 44-41, but in the final phase of the match the greatest experience of Libolo stood out. With this triumph, Libolo clinched the Angola cup tile, the second most important competition of the national basketball. Next week, Libolo will try their third national trophy of the season, when they start the playoff at the best of seven games of the BIC Basket 2017 final against Petro de Luanda, since they are also the holders of the Super Cup.
