D1 Round 15: NAH Dey edges Miliana by two points - Jan 27, 2016

Eighth-ranked Miliana (6-9) made lots of trouble for first ranked NAH Dey (13-2) on Friday. The visitors from Alger managed to secure only two-point victory 70-68. However their fans expected much easier game. NAH Dey have an impressive series of thirteen victories in a row. They maintain first place with 13-2 record. Miliana lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with nine games lost.
Bottom-ranked Oran (0-15) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 88-46 loss to fifth ranked USS (10-4) in Setif. The victory was the third consecutive win for USS. They maintain fifth place with 10-4 record. Oran lost their fifteenth game in a row. Newly promoted team still closes the standings with 15 games lost.

Other games of round 15 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
USM Blida was defeated by Skikda in a road game 78-71. Olympi Batna beat Constantine at home 78-66. Arreridj destroyed WA Boufarik on the opponent's court 78-57. Eleulma unfortunately lost to Staoueli in a home game 75-82.

We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 10th ranked USMB (4-10) was defeated on the road by eleventh ranked Skikda (4-10) 78-71. Skikda moved-up to tenth place, which they share with USM Blida.

Olympi Batna - Constantine 78-66

No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Olympi Batna (9-6) defeated at home 13th ranked Constantine (3-12) 78-66. The victory was the third consecutive win for Olympi Batna. They maintain seventh place with 9-6 record. Constantine lost their seventh game in a row. They keep the thirteenth position with 12 games lost.
