An interesting game for GS Petroliers (8-0) which played road game in Setif against 3rd placed USS (7-3). Leader GS Petroliers had an easy win 83-66. Undefeated GS Petroliers have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 8-0 record. USS at the other side dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with Arreridj.
Bottom-ranked Oran is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their tenth consecutive match to thirteenth ranked Eleulma (2-7) 72-60. Eleulma moved-up to twelfth place. Oran lost their tenth game in a row. Oran at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with ten games lost.
The game between fourth ranked CRB Dar El-B. (7-2) and 8th ranked Olympi Batna (5-5) in El-Beida on Friday ended with biggest points difference. CRB Dar El-B. outscored guests from Batna 69-45. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Olympi Batna. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for CRB Dar El-B.. They moved-up to third place. Loser Olympi Batna dropped to the seventh position with five games lost. They share it with Miliana.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 11: USM Blida was beaten by Staoueli on the road 82-72. Arreridj won against Skikda on its own court 72-61. Constantine was outscored by NAH Dey in Alger 68-46. WA Boufarik managed to beat Miliana at home 85-72.

Staoueli - USM Blida 82-72

No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Staoueli (6-3) beat at home 10th ranked USMB (3-7) 82-72 on Thursday. The victory was the third consecutive win for Staoueli. They maintain sixth place with 6-3 record. USMB lost their third game in a row. They keep the tenth position with seven games lost. They share it with Skikda.

SO Maritime Boulogne (ProB) inked 30-year old naturalized Algerian power forward Mehdi Cheriet (204-100kg-87, college: San Diego State). GS Petroliers celebrated 2016/17 title as they won both Final games against NA Hussein-Dey. GS Petroliers posted a 75-71 win in the opener and then won 94-61. Mohamed Seddik gave his team a 38-24 halftime advantage, while Faycal Belkhodja(192-G-88) nailed three for 64-32 lead.
